The Role:
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the mastermind behind our online presence. Your main gig? Transforming our website into a spot-on reflection of who we are. This means revamping every nook and cranny so it speaks directly to our target audience and showcases what makes us special.
Get ready to flex your analytical muscles and let your creativity run wild as you spot winning ideas, craft killer content, and redefine what our brand is all about.
Responsibilities:
- Website Checkup: Dive deep into our current website, figure out what’s working, what’s not, and how to make it shine even brighter.
- Keeping Tabs on the Competition: Scope out what others in the game are up to so we can stay ahead of the curve.
- Idea Generation: Cook up strategies for putting winning ideas into action, ones that really connect with our audience.
- Content Creation: Be the brains behind our web content, making sure it’s not only visually stunning but also tells our story loud and clear.
- Team Player: Collaborate closely with our top dogs, sales crew, and outside partners to make sure our website is always on point.
- Analyzing & Tweaking: Use your data skills to track how our website’s doing and make tweaks to keep folks engaged and coming back for more.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing (1+ year), with a strong portfolio in website development and content creation.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from research and data.
- Creative mindset, with experience in identifying trends and crafting compelling narratives.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, web analytics, and user experience design.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Passion for social impact, with a desire to contribute to our mission of creating employment in underrepresented areas.
