Dispatcher assistant

CTS Express Inc. a company, that already 15 years work in the US transportation market. We’re expanding, and need another person to add to our team. We’re looking to fill this position immediately, and would need someone to be able to start soon. Experience in the freight transportation industry in the U.S. market will be an advantage.Our dispatch office located In Kiev. This is a full time job, and the hours are from 15:00 — 23:00 Monday through Saturday. This position will require you to be in the office, and working remotely is not an option.

Requirements:

• English Intermediate B1 and above
• Mathematical mindset
• Team player
• Stress Resistance

• Quickness

Key responsibilities:

• Drivers monitoring;
• Searching for required locations like fuel station, tire service, truck wash;
• Building optimal routes;
• Calculation of estimated time of arrival;
• Monitoring log books;
• Controlling layovers;
• Maintaining reports;
• Data input and maintenance in TMS software;
• Preliminary calculation of salaries;

Those are some and not all of the tasks for this position;

• Stable paid salary 35 000 — 55 000 UAH
