Описание вакансии

Vacancy with a high level of English proficiency, including remote evening working hours.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Appliance Repair / HVAC / Electrician services in the United States.

Main Job responsibilities:

Introduce new working methods in the office, SRM systems.
Search for new lead sources and negotiate contracts.
Train the team and call center staff
Work with company instructions, improve them, and create new ones.
Create various types of reports based on the company’s work and work with tables.

Requirements:

Minimum C1 level of English proficiency.
Experience in personnel management.
Proficiency in Excel and other CRM systems.

Working conditions:

Remote work.
Night hours may be required, Monday — Friday
Salary to be determined based on the results of the interview.
