3D Model Developer criteria (Preferred and/or Essential):

Preferred knowledge and skills:

• Has basic understanding and knowledge of aircraft, AFVs, military trucks, cars and railway transport;
• Should be able to distinguish the differences between prototype’s modifications (in case the project has few modifications);

Essential knowledge and skills:

• Has solid experience in NURBS modelling (SolidWorks, Rhinoceros, NX2, CATIA, etc.,);

• Has a clear understanding of the Plastic Injection Moulding Technology and the requirements to produce the tooling and the casts for high pressure plastic products' moulding; Common parts and/or modules has to be allocated together on separate frets/sprues;
• Some of the parts of a project specified by the Customer must be 3D printer drawn, 3D Printing optimised and ready;
• Some of the parts of a project specified by the Customer must be PE (Photo-Etched, 2D/layer) drawn and ready;
• Should be able to create a 3D Model in requested scale using existing 3D .stl scans, historic drawings, photos and texts in relation to the prototype;
• Should be able to do an independent technical and historic research related to the project on top of supplied information by us;
• Should be comfortable either to scale down or scale up existing 3D Model if required;
• Should be able to partition the 3D models into technological parts and allocate them on a fret for milling with consequent Injection Moulding (High Pressure) resulting in production of high quality sprues with highly detailed plastic parts;
• Should be able to create the BOM file upon completion of a 3D Model project and draft the renders for creation of the Assembly Instructions (done by a Graphic Designer);
• Comfortable to sign and follow the NDA and Agreement (-s) with the Client;
• Should be available for weekly WhatsApp video calls for discussing project progress;
• Should provide with accurate project timeline & cost estimate / quote that is not going to be changed or amended for the duration of the project;
