Conversion Club

Conversion Club is an international platform and community that brings together leading affiliate marketing teams and industry experts. We create large-scale marketing conferences, media products, and educational initiatives that shape the market.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager who will lead the marketing direction of our conference projects and ensure strong alignment between marketing and the event department.

    8:30−17:30 CET

    9:30−18:30 EET (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities

  • Content & SMM Management Lead and supervise the SMM and content team Oversee content planning and ensure consistency across all channels Control content quality across website, social media, and promotional materials Prepare clear briefs and technical tasks for designers, copywriters, and contractors Manage and update event landing pages Monitor task execution within the marketing team and ensure deadlines are met
  • Speakers & Industry Relations Identify and attract relevant speakers and industry experts Build and maintain relationships with speakers and moderators Coordinate speaker participation together with the event team Support speakers before and during the conference
  • Partnerships & Promotion Identify and attract media partners Manage communication and collaboration with info partners Ensure proper execution of partnership agreements
  • Event Content & Stage Management Develop the conference content structure and session flow Write scripts for hosts and stage segments Coordinate speakers and hosts during the event Ensure smooth and high-quality on-stage execution
  • Advertising Coordination Coordinate with the external media buying team Review and approve campaign directions and creatives Monitor performance on a high level (without deep analytics)
  • Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with the event team to align content, agenda, and experience Ensure marketing supports the overall concept and positioning of the event
