Lead Generation, Proposal Assistant

We are looking for a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented person to help us generate new business opportunities online.

This role is focused on:

• Identifying relevant opportunities quickly,
• Qualifying them based on clear criteria,
• Writing and sending strong proposals,
• Helping create replies, booked calls, and new clients.

This is not a generic virtual assistant role.

It is a focused lead generation and proposal role for someone who is:

• Organized,
• Commercially aware,
• Strong in written English,
• Able to move quickly without becoming sloppy.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring online opportunities regularly
• Identifying opportunities that fit our services and ideal client profile
• Qualifying opportunities using internal criteria
• Drafting and sending proposals using our framework
• Customizing proposals to improve response rates
• Tracking all proposal activity in our systems
• Flagging unusual or high-value opportunities for review
• Contributing observations that improve targeting and proposal quality over time

Important Notes About the Role

• This role requires speed, but not careless speed
• Quality matters more than raw volume
• You must be able to follow the process
• You will be working within a structured system with SOPs, tracking, and performance metrics
• This role may grow over time if performance is strong

Compensation

This is a performance-based role.

Initial compensation structure:

• $0.50 per approved proposal sent
• $5 per qualified reply
• $20 per qualified and attended booked call
• $100 per qualified closed client

Important:

• Low-quality activity will not be rewarded
• Only properly tracked and compliant work counts
• Quality, fit, and consistency matter

Trial Process

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a practical test task to assess:

• English
• Judgment
• Opportunity qualification
• Proposal writing ability
• Attention to detail
