ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Content Manager who will turn SEO strategy into stable content production. The role reports to the Senior SEO Lead and owns briefs, editorial control, CMS publishing, schema, internal linking, and ongoing content quality. The key result is a predictable workflow where briefs are clear to writers, pages go live on time, and every page meets SEO and on-page requirements.

PROBATION PERIOD GOALS

  • Implement brief templates, an editorial checklist, and a publishing workflow within the first 3 weeks
  • Prepare a 4−6 week content plan for priority SEO clusters within the first month
  • Ensure the agreed page volume is published without critical on-page errors during the trial period
  • Set up control of title tags, H1s, meta descriptions, structure, internal links, FAQ/schema, and indexation statuses within 2 months

Create a stable production rhythm where briefs are clear, writers receive actionable feedback, and pages go live on time within 3 months

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Prepare content briefs based on semantics, SERP intent, competitor review, and SEO priorities
  • Edit content for factual accuracy, structure, tone of voice, E-E-A-T signals, and on-page requirements
  • Publish pages in the CMS or control publishing quality and deadlines
  • Manage schema, FAQ blocks, internal linking, media requirements, and updates of existing content
  • Maintain editorial checklists and ensure every page matches SEO and conversion requirements
  • Coordinate writers, SEO specialists, and developers on edits, technical fixes, and delivery timelines
  • Monitor title tags, H1s, meta descriptions, page structure, internal links, and indexation statuses

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVE:

  • 2+ years of experience in content management or SEO content
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a must
  • Strong understanding of keyword intent, SERP analysis, content briefs, E-E-A-T, and on-page SEO
  • Hands-on experience with CMS or WordPress publishing workflows
  • Experience working with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Grammarly or LanguageTool, and schema requirements
  • Ability to give writers clear feedback and keep content production moving without micromanagement
  • Understanding that content quality affects rankings, conversion, and trust on affiliate pages

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in iGaming, affiliate projects, or other high-competition SEO niches
  • Experience working with LATAM or Spanish-speaking GEOs
  • Basic understanding of developer handoff for content, schema, CMS issues, and page updates
