Head of Marketing (Fintech)

About Us

We’re a fast-growing fintech startup scaling across the US and EU markets. We’re building modern financial products and need a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to drive growth, brand, and demand generation across both regions.

The Role

As Head of Marketing, you’ll own our marketing strategy end-to-end — from positioning and brand to demand generation and team leadership. You’ll work cross-functionally, manage external partners, and leverage AI tools to scale our marketing engine efficiently.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing roles

• Minimum 2 years in the fintech industry

• 2+ years managing and building marketing teams

• Hands-on experience working with AI marketing tools

• Proven experience managing international PR and SEO vendors

• Track record of driving growth in US and/or EU markets

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling marketing at an early-stage / high-growth startup

• Familiarity with regulated financial products and compliance-aware messaging

• Multilingual or cross-cultural campaign experience across US/EU

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy across the US and EU

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team

• Manage international PR, SEO, and external marketing vendors

• Integrate AI tools to improve efficiency, content, and performance

• Own key growth metrics: acquisition, brand awareness, and pipeline
