Dispatcher (U.S. market)

FleetCare Group is a full-service truck dispatching company providing dispatch, safety, and accounting services for owner-operators and small trucking companies. Since 2011, we have been helping our clients move freight across the U.S. with reliable and professional support.

We are looking for anexperienced Part-Time Dispatcher to join our team. This position is ideal for experienced dispatchers who are looking for additional income and a flexible workload, managing a small fleet of 2−3 trucks alongside their current job.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 AM — 4 PM (Central time) Workload: 2−3 trucks

What we expect from you

• At least 1 year of experience as a U.S. truck dispatcher (Open Deck, Dry Van, or Reefer)
• Good understanding of the U.S. freight market
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make quick decisions
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Your responsibilities

• Find and book profitable loads for assigned trucks
• Build efficient routes and manage drivers' schedules
• Communicate with brokers, drivers, and customers
• Support drivers throughout their trips
• Maintain shipment documentation and update internal systems
• Maximize truck utilization and profitability
