Result: Formed teams in areas (12 people): Prosumer Home: 6 people - 1 team leader, 6 sales and project
implementation managers, including (representative offices in Lviv, Dnipro), 1 project administrator; Prosumer
Business: 6 people – 1 team leader (my part-time role) 4 sales managers, 1 project manager, 1 project

- Documentary description of the business process of sale and implementation of Prosumer Home and Prosumer
Business projects according to the BPMN model. Two descriptions of business processes and flowcharts of business
processes.
Result: A text description of the business processes of implementation for integration into CRM Bitrix and CRM
Dynamics has been created. Flowcharts of business processes with a description of processes, responsible and
documents/information.
- Creation and management of the internal project "Active Agents". Referral program to attract intermediaries in
the field of recommendations for the sale of solar power plants to individuals.
Result: Formed algorithm for selection of referral agents, terms of cooperation. Marketing materials were
prepared, sales managers were trained to attract agents. A database of more than 100+ agents throughout Ukraine
has been formed. More than 20 active agents throughout Ukraine were involved in the part of the company's
recommendations as an Executor.
- Creation and management of the internal project "Network of Installers". Database of professional and quality
partners of subcontractors for the installation of solar power plants.
Result: An algorithm for the selection of installers was formed, an accreditation procedure for installers was formed
in accordance with the company's standards, documentation and standard cooperation agreements were formed.
The database of potential installers was filled, negotiations and certification of installers were conducted - more
than 10 quality subcontractors were selected. After the formation of the structure, the project was transferred to
the Technical Department for development.
- Creation and management of the Prosumer Business Academy internal project (PBA). An educational project on
the formation of an internal course of indoctrination and personnel training. The project includes educational video
lessons: the stage of sales and the stage of implementation of projects of solar power plants for business. A training
course for new and existing employees has been developed. Prepared and recorded 9 video lessons on the topics
of sale and implementation of solar power plant projects for business.
- Creation and management of the internal project of the Reconstruction Fund of Ukraine. Development of socially
and nationally significant projects for the State of Ukraine and development of a new segment of the company's
clients. Formation of the base of Funds that are engaged in investing in the projects of restoration of Ukraine and
formation of the base of potential recipients (State institutions, TsNAPy, schools, kindergartens, children's homes,
hospitals, water canals, thermal power plants, communication points, invincibility centers, the Ministry of Digital
Policy , Ministry of Reintegration). Management of the internal project "Autonomous Communities" .
Result: A fund base of more than 20 active target organizations has been formed. A base of recipients of more than
25 objects for investment has been formed. An investment presentation was prepared and negotiations were held
with the recipients regarding obtaining financing.
The victory of the project of autonomous communities in the UN competition in Ukraine "Partnership in o for the
sustainable development - 2023" in the "Planet" category. During the 9 months of the project, 29 solar power
plants were built in 5 regions of Ukraine. [1] [2]
- Participation in thematic, industrial exhibitions and conferences. Conducting a presentation of the solution and the
company.
Result: Participation in 4 industrial exhibitions and 4 thematic conferences was accepted. Of the received leads at
the events - 1 was brought to the stage of contract signing and implementation.

The general result of the work of the direction :
Prosumer Home. An effectively operating team has been formed. Formed business process in the CRM system, KPI
indicators of employees' work. Additional lead generation channels from agents have been formed. A network of
installers has been formed.
Prosumer Home income of home stations: more than UAH 4 million per month. More than 120 residential SPP
have been built.
Prosumer Business. The business process in the CRM system has been formed, the KPI indicators have been formed,
and the ways to achieve them. A network of subcontractors has been formed. A training base has been formed for
quick adaptation to the sales process and implementation of the business project.
Prosumer Business income: more than UAH 9.2 million per month. More than 1 MW of SPP for business have been
built.

IN THE POSITION OF SALES MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER OF ATMOSPHERE ENGINEERING LLC, PERFORMED THE
FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS AND ACHIEVED THE FOLLOWING RESULTS:
- Formation of the base of potential customers. Processing of incoming requests.
- Preparation and presentation of technical and commercial offers of commercial solar power plants to the
customer.
- Conducting negotiations with clients (different levels of influence: LPR, LVR, Business owner. Negotiations at the
level of business owner, CEO of the corporation )
- Coordination of contract terms, "trade" for favorable conditions for the company, organization of contract signing.
Result: During the trial period (3 months): signing of a contract for 120 kW of grid SPP for business in Lviv, formed
a base of more than 50 high-quality potential customers in the selected territorial region. Signed agreements with
a capacity of more than 1 MW. Won the tender of an international corporation for a 1.5 MW network SPP (I cannot
provide details of the Customer due to NDA restrictions).
- Organization of project implementation in accordance with the signed contract. Management of project
implementation.
- Formation of the project implementation schedule and budget.
- Project team management. Coordination of company services (designers, purchasing department, construction
department), involvement of subcontractors in project implementation.
- Control of project implementation by company departments, as well as subcontracting organizations. Control of
terms and quality of work performance. Project implementation support. Coordination of the issuance of permit
documentation.
- Financial monitoring of the agreement. Budget control Control of arrears and payment deadlines.
Result: projects with a total capacity of more than 600 kW were implemented in 8 months of work (in parallel with
the sales process). Received positive feedback from the Customer.

group of the enterprise. Control over the fulfillment of project implementation deadlines.
- Organization and documentation of acceptance and acceptance tests of equipment at the manufacturing plant.
- Support for the supply of equipment from abroad. Support for customs clearance of equipment.
