Full-stack Developer
Deliver features end to end for immigration-tech products - Angular frontends backed by NestJS (Node.js)
services with PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
Build and maintain 10+ multilingual (EN/ES) marketing sites and content platforms where high traffic and search
visibility are business-critical.
Implement server-side rendering with Angular Universal (SSR) and optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, FCP, CLS) to

Develop CRM systems and a client portal to manage applications and customer data across both frontend and

Developed and maintained features for the PortaBilling admin interface - a large enterprise BSS/OSS billing and
charging platform for telecom operators, with hundreds of data-heavy configuration screens (customers and
accounts, tariffs, products, routing, vendors, invoicing, and reporting).
Co-developed the Mobile Account Self-Care Portal as one of two engineers (alongside a senior): a
browser-based portal for mobile subscribers - integrating with PortaBilling APIs - featuring two-factor
authentication and password recovery, balance checks and voucher/scratch-card top-ups, bundle and usage
tracking with upgrades, add-on service activation, and profile management.
