Here is the thing...

We have been running a PL business with a partner on Amazon for about six years.
I consider the intermediate results to be quite good, the relationship with my partner is wonderful, and I don’t plan to change anything in this sense.
The operation part of the business is on me, mostly in full.
In the meantime, the business routine currently takes 30-60 min. per day, so I still have quite a lot of free time.
I’d like to offer my expertize in parallel with running my own existing business, to additionally apply the accumulated experience and acquired knowledge and skills. And, of course, to earn extra money on it)

Offhand, from what I do on a regular or conditionally regular basis in my business:
•Product selection.
•Negotiations and selection of suppliers on Alibaba.
•Selection and work with forwarders.
•Creation of text, visual, and video content for listings, in terms of writing briefs and cooperation with the contractors up to the final result; working with ChatGPT, etc.
•Setting up advertising/PPC (I do not use third-party services).
•Management accounting, incl. P&L and balance sheet.
•Financial planning and inventory management.
•Working with 3PL companies, on customer return issues included.
•Customer service, both with end customers and on behalf of our own business, for negotiating issues with Amazon Seller Support.
Behind, in the pre-Amazon period, is 16.5 years of experience in the banking sector (6 years as CEO), and, after that, 6 years of my own business in offline distribution.

Somewhere among the papers, an MBA diploma from a German business school is gathering dust )
