•Regularly called upon to troublehoot difficult positions and source, identify, attract, secure and close hard-to-find candidates.
•Prescreen candidates with detailed phone screens, evaluating candidates' compatibility with specific job requirements, ensuring a right fit prior to submission to client.
•Salary, Pay rate and benefits negotiation
•Edit and reformat resumes as necessary, according to the Client's requirements.
•Put together submission packages (Resumes, Preliminary Interviews and Authorization to submit.)
•Interview scheduling and follow up.
•Recruiter Consultation and Mentoring
