1.Project’s program development & implementation
•Support the development of partnerships with national NGOs other agencies as needed
•Support the project and partner staff to establish a system to monitor and evaluate program activities and impact on an ongoing basis.
•Provide direct and ongoing supervision and managerial support to project and partner staff based to ensure effective implementation of program activities
•Participate in UN coordination meetings and represent INJAZ in these meetings
•Participate in project team meetings as required and facilitate field visits for donors and staff
•Ensure full application of participatory methodologies like Participatory Learning in facilitation of community dialogue meetings, and trainings and workshops
2.Project’s Program Monitoring & Supervision
•Oversee the development of program, staff and partner work plans, and ensure regular one-to-one sessions and performance reviews to review progress and resolve any concerns or issues
•Visit project sites regularly, including partner sites, to provide appropriate administrative and technical assistance, monitor and oversee activities
•Build the capacity of select implementation partners to improve their technical, organizational and management capacity
•Regularly meet with and communicate with the Project coordinators to discuss program achievements, especially when they deviate from the original plan
•Support and facilitate team and partner development, encourage active participation of team members and support positive relationships between members
3.Logistic / Financial management
•Participates in the internal logistics performance evaluation. Interiorize the Logistic Strategy and push for its accomplishment.
•Creates Procurement Requests (PR) and negotiate with the procurement section delivery times and stock’s needs.
•Creates Purchase Orders (PO) and obtain the correct signatures as required by the threshold amounts.
•Arrange for office supplies, equipment’s, materials, and services. This will include the following functions: preparation of specifications; research new deals and suppliers; obtaining and negotiating prices; obtaining quotations and placing orders and processing invoices.
•Correspond and negotiate with suppliers regarding prices, product availability, and delivery.
•Respond to inquiries from staff concerning requisitions, purchase orders, and pricing information.
•Identify supplies and follow up on the purchasing processes and selecting of suppliers for requisitioned goods/services.
•Ensure that goods/services purchased meet the specification in terms of quality, quantity and delivery and to advise on those suppliers who fail to meet specifications, in addition to preparation of invoices, receipts and payments.
•Keeps the Office Equipment list up to date.
•Manages and controls the stock of office stationery supplies.

1-Program implementation and quality:
•Knowledgeable of INJAZ Lebanon implemented program and ensures that it is being delivered according to the Programs Implementation Standards shared by the Regional Office and the donors’ standards.

3-Assist in Trainers’ Management:
•Ensure good coordination and positive relationships with the area trainers and get their regular feedbacks on the project.
•Assist if needed in the preparation of training workshops for project trainers.
4-Monitoring & Evaluation:
•Collect data for the implemented program (pre-post tests, attendance sheets, pictures, testimonials, and trainers’ feedback) for reporting purposes.
•Update database, information sheets and insert data collected on reporting sheets.
•Assure that all information sheets and delivery schedule are updated at all times.
5-Logistics & Administrative Support
•Coordinate and manage on a daily basis the food of the youth.
•Ensure adequate organization of transportation by local partner.
•Arrange the Invoices and Receipts of the suppliers and provide them to the finance department on a bi-monthly basis.
•Assist the area project manager in identifying and managing project related suppliers and service providers in the region.
•Ensure that delivery rooms are well equipped and ready for the implementation.
•Ensure availability of all program materials and coordinates with Area Project Manager on printing requirements.
•Organize the project’s logistics.
•Oversee that Bekaa area inventory is always up to date.
6-Finance:
•Maintaining the accuracy of billings processes and tracking all invoicing and booking queries.
•Maintaining data related to specific financial/ accounting functions.
