To arrange crew change planning in advance following the vessel’s schedule and Client’s instructions For all manned vessels: To receive a full requirements' matrix of additionally needed certificates as per Clients' requirement from Clients' contact persons Coordinate with clients / principals / vessel / agents for timely connection of crew. Liaise with ex-company crew for further employment, maintain records, chase for evaluation reports, etc See that potential crew replacement confirmed his readiness and confirm planned crew change with Clients contact persons To execute all necessary arrangements related to crew changes as per the relief plan schedule (or as advised by the Client) and in accordance with the instructions given by Crew Personnel Manager, including flag state certification, travel and visa arrangements, liaison with seafarers, Masters, port agents, etc. To prepare employment contracts and ensure that they are established with the seafarers as per company instructions • To up-keep crew records, records of appraisal reports, all renewed documents and changes in personal data of the seafarer, other crew related records in the crewing software and hardcopy files To ensure that all logistic process of embarking the seafarer is arranged in the most efficient and economic way To perform a pre-embarkation briefing to a seafarer as per Clients' and Company requirements To ensure all seafarers are dispatched with full set of required documents to perform their duties onboard, including compliance with STCW and flag state requirements for the vessel they are going to join and in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
