Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • 1−2 years of experience as an office manager in IT company
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • 1 year of experience as HR Generalist or HR Manager in IT company is preferred
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Problem-solving and compromising attitude
  • Desire to work within a team with a results driven approach

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain office day-to-day operations:
  1. Maintenance
  2. Mailing
  3. Supplies
  4. Equipment
  5. Bills
  6. Errands
  7. Shopping
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes primarily in Kyiv but also in other TEAM locations on as-needed basis
  • Conduct employee onboarding and adaptation
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics (vacation, compensation) and resolve issues and problems
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
