Выполнение полного цикла главного проекта «Удвоение производственных мощностей и улучшение качества профиля» включающего в себя:

Составление и учет главных позиций в международном контракте специализируемом в экструзии тонкостенного, ко-экструзионного профиля открытого и закрытого контура:
гарантируемая скорость (Кг/час и погонный метр / минута)
особенности переработки компаунда нефтехимического происхождения, профилируемой массы расплава экструдируемой с заданными плотностью и давлением посредством параллельного шнекового вращения из технологической головки главного двухшнекового экструдера с последующим непосредственным введением через боковой канал фильеры одношнековым ко-экструдером тонкого слоя гранулята обладающего цветом, атмосферостойкостью и ударопрочностью, укутывающего главный поток расплава по периметру профиля. После чего горячий профиль калибруется, охлаждается и формуется на калибровочном столе захоложенной водой и вакуумом через каналы калибратора подаваемыми водными и вакуум-насосами установленными на данном станке. Далее профиль вытягивается двумя рядами вертикальных траков в тянущем устройстве и режется циркулярной пилой на заданные отрезки готовой товарной продукции;
Техническое сопровождение и обеспечение китайского производителя в части чертежных размеров среза профиля "G", "O" и используемого сырья EN и DIN стандарты;
Персональное и единоличное с отечественной стороны выполнение недельных (40 часов непрерывной экструзии) сдаточных испытаний на площадке завода производителя до достижения контрактных показателей (скорость, геометрия среза профиля, высококачественной поверхности по длине погонажа).

Performing of full-cycle of main chemical project "Doubling the production capacity and better surface quality of U-PVC profiles with new high-tech moulding technology and correct choice of designing (Longitude/Diameter of screws and material barrel) of main extruder and co-extruder, energy efficiency technology for such types of thin – walled co-extrusion profiles" including:
1. Finding and analyze reliable by price/quality and competent main technology full-cycle heavy polymer-processing machinery and one from five biggest producers of polymer pipes on China market corporation which included five industrial production areas/satellites in main regions-leaders of China development, GUANG DONG province branch machinery manufacturing Co. LTD, Guang-Zhou City, South China (www.ls-extrusion.com), which was the winner in tender from cheaper non full-cycle technology producers and same price offers from not well-known by spare parts and technology assistance China heavy chemical machinery producers among domestic market of polymer processing plants and experienced consulting service engineers in polymer profiles, sheets, and film extrusion;
2. International contract differently specialized in extrusion of directly needed combined line for main sharp detailed thin-walled open circuit profile "Gutter" and easily and common profile "Pipe" pass-acceptance works, general line speed in kilos/per/hour and linear meter/per/minute of U-PVC compound raw petro-chemical polymer material colorless, cheap and thick layer of hot profiled mass which are extruded with given melt pressure and density given in general formula includes five components and fillers except the mail virgin PVC resin polymer matrix leaving from high technology die head of main extruder in which input melt from side channel of co-extruder expensive whether resistance colored melt envelope internal and external perimeter of main-stream polymer non-cured profile by five times thinner layer;
3. Technical assistance in draft dimensions of the profile share “G”, “O” and using raw materials EN and DIN standards;
4. Personally and sole providing one week forty extrusion hour acceptance tests from national side on area of plant – producer to the achievement contracted speed, sharp detailed draft dimension of profile of obtained goods, high-quality glance surface of outer layer, general inspection of conditions of main parts: DC-drive motor characteristics, visual control of quality of mirror surface 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel material screws and barrels, stability of heating zones on the top of extruder, original die-head technology, rheology and density of received real PVC melt, spare parts ZIP etc.
5. Performing of successful acceptance tests and teaching own work-staff of technology steps by high-experienced in polymer processing Chinese operation engineer in Ukraine.

Intermediate achievements: the same work with German stock warehouses on staffing of company parkland of old technology but verified Germany single machines.
Development and testing of own formulation of PVC dryblend from 5 types of dust material with given quality (frost resistance, color stability, light fastness).
