•Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements including but not limited to researching, designing, modifying, testing manufacturing methods and equipment;
•Facilitate continuous communication between all departments associated with new process implementation;
•Facilitate continuous communication between the plant and equipment supplier, the plant and coordination team from central offices;
•Assisting in the development, documentation and standards;
•Prepare justification, purchase and implement auxiliary equipment for correct/proper process running;
•Ensure that critical processes are aligned to standards and provide management reporting;
•Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process flow;
•Establish and implement statistical process analysis on new products;
•Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements;
•Review processing methods;

November 2013 to July 2016: Yazaki Ukraine Limited. Position: Process Engineer
•Coordinate all activities related to the processes;
•Collect, distribute and keep records/information about the processes. Ensure understanding and meeting of customer or other specific requirements;
•Initiate release of procedures, instructions, visual aids and other means to ensure proper process control;
•Define rules for process approval, release and control, including all elements and all steps of processes;
•Define and approve parameters. Define rules for installation, change and control of parameters;
•Order (with agreement of Top Management) equipment and other means for process realization and control. Make reception of equipment. Participate in installation and approval of equipment and definition of workplace organization;
•Verify if process is realized according to defined rules;
•Ensure continuous improvement of the process.
•Sequencer server administration (KSK welding).

June 2010 to August 2011: Jabil Circuit Ukraine LLC. Company profile: electronic components production. Position of diagnostic technician.
Responsibilities:
•support of the procedure in equipment and software testing;
•testing of mother boards for TV sets (LG).
