Handle the company participation in two overseas exhibitions from a to z and represent Electraking in a positive and professional manner in Johannesburg, South Africa and Baku, Azerbaijan

Manage and maintain the CEO’s email account
Complex diary management across various time zones and countries
Ensure busy daily commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc. and troubleshooting problems.
Coordinate and schedule daily agenda and to-do list, as well as weekly and monthly calendar appointments.
Coordinate local as well as global travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the CEO match his requirements.
Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
Manage the process of calling for briefing on behalf of the CEO from start to finish ensuring that he is fully prepared for all engagements.
Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including the drafting of general replies.
Minute general meetings as required and complete research on behalf of the CEO.
Ensure adequate preparation prior to the meetings, including agenda, minutes taking and liaising with attendees
Manage all household accounts payable and receivable - create monthly domestic expense report in conjunction with Financial Planner and Accountant
Manage and coordinate all household staff and external contractors in daily / weekly schedules and tasks
Manage office and house supply
Facility and vehicle management (registration, insurance etc)
HR and PRO support such as liaising with Recruitment Agency and extensive research in social network media (Linked In) in hiring and training new employees and organize company inductions
Company registration and licensing (DMCC, overseas)
Local event management (scheduling, transportation and accommodation management, catering, booking of premises)
Management of expatriate staff and all associate formalities including visas/accommodation/health insurance/driving license etc.
