I have six years of experience in the hospitality industry. i have opened a restaurant from the beginning, recruit and motivat staff, plan of menu, budgeting, organizations in the banquets, receptions, weddings, mostly up to 200 people. planned purchasing, promotions and up-selling, organized and supervised work schedules. Last one and half year I'm working in 5* luxury Palazzo Versace hotel with VIP guests from all over the world in a daily bases.
