Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders for transportation services
• Conduct plausibility checks
• Check credit ratings in order to determine payment terms
• Process custom clearance requirements
• Calculate cargo space in order to determine the required vehicle type
• Freight price range calculation, statistics and reports
• Distributing the orders to individual dispatchers

Requirements:

• Speak and write in English fluently
• Resist stressful situations
• Attention to details
• Bring initiative and personal responsibility along
• Have accuracy accompanied by diligence among your strengths
• Have good general IT skills
• Knowledge of German will be an advantage
