Customer support (German and English, sales), перекладач німецької

Do you want to improve your German and English as well as sales and communication skills? Do you want to work every day with international clients? You will deal with income traffic of real clients with real needs.

We are looking for a sales manager to work with online orders and customer support for our clients from English and German speaking countries.

Key functions and duties include:

• handling enquiries about products and related questions
• communicating with customers by telephone, e-mail or chat
• order processing and logistics
• issuing commercial documents
• working with content, product catalog, translation

Required skills:

• strong communication skills

• ability to multitask, flexibility
• fluent English (at least Intermediate, B1)

• fluency in German (at least Upper-Intermediate, B2)
• advanced PC and Internet user
