Dispatcher, Operations Coordinator (US, Canada Logistics Market)

Trans-Pro Logistics is a Canadian 3PL company with over 37 years of experience in the transportation industry across the US and Canada. We specialize in ground, air, and ocean freight solutions and continue growing our operations team in Lviv.

We are currently looking for a Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator who is organized, motivated, and ready to grow in the North American logistics industry.

Previous logistics experience is a plus, but not required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage freight shipments across the US & Canada
• Communicate with carriers and customers in English
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers
• Negotiate rates and secure transportation for loads
• Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues
• Ensure smooth day-to-day transportation operations

Requirements:

• English level sufficient for daily communication with carriers and brokers
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Sales, customer service, or logistics experience is an advantage
• Motivation to learn and grow within the logistics industry

Monday — Friday 3:00 PM — 12:00 AM

Office-based position in Lviv (remote work is not available).
