The Administration Assistant / Analyst main responsibility is to review and evaluate applications of admission to Envirotech Education. Accountable for processing and evaluating various admission related documents in support of accurate and timely intake and placement of students. Activities include evaluating transcripts, as well as reviewing and maintaining student records and course prerequisite documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles documenting review experiences in institution of higher education.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, ability to pay close attention to detail and Maintain and demonstrate a clear understanding of the admission process.
  • Provide strong and clear communication, customer service, and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Able to cooperatively work with diverse groups of students and staff.
  • Client oriented.
  • IT skills: Pack Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat reader DC, Skype, etc.
  • Advanced level of English.

Conditions:

Full time remote work (work from home)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for following all process, procedures and documentation related to enrollment.
  • Analyze the information and documentation presented by the clients and/or agencies related to the visa application process, to ensure applications viability.
  • Assist customers with external services coordination (OSHC, etc).
  • Maintain daily communication with customers and follow up all opened issues to ensure to keep them up-dated.
  • Ensure all relevant data is maintained through the CRM System.
  • Provide value added service, support and quality care to existing and new clients through Client Support.
  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records on the CRM of customer interactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies with Clients, students and agencies.
