JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads supporting the Sales Development team and,ultimately, accelerating the growth of the company.

Our ideal candidate will be an energetic, creative and determined person, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including marketing research, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic, curious and self-starting personality with drive to succeed is key for this role. The job is 100% in English.

TASKS

  • Create, develop and maintain a quality pipeline of B2B Sales Leads of wholesale businesses dealing with branded consumer electronics.
  • Worldwide coverage sourcing new companies in our industry in 120 targeted countries identifying decision makers as well as potential influencers.
  • Mass marketing actions such mailing, targeted ad Campaigns.
  • Experience leveraging Social platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, as well as, proficiency in Google Search Tools.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree or High Diploma
  • 1−3 years related experience
  • Fluent English
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Computer skills at user level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team spirit is key as we are a multicultural, multinational team

OUR OFFER

The successful candidate will have a fair basic salary plus a performance-based commission ideal for those seeking high earning potential. Company has offices in Wroclaw (Poland) and Dubai (UAE) and travel will be required from time to time.
