IT recruiter, HR generalist

MindConnect is looking for an IT recruiter + HR to join the team!

What is required of me?

• Good communication and emphatic skills.
• At least Intermediate level of English (written and oral).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
• Familiarity with Applicant resume databases.
• Ability to solve problems and Thinking out of the box.

What will be a plus?

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or General Recruiter
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation

What will be my working conditions?

What will I do?

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job boards, social media, professional networks and through referrals.
• Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings).
• Manage all communication with candidates until they get onboard.
• Perform reference checks as need.
• Compose job offer letters and welcome onboard new hires.
