• Be single person of contact in SSO for the stores on issues of logistic processes and route planning
• Define and implement optimal logistic model (own/outsource/mixed) for all types of delivery and customer formats
• Support, centralizing and automatization of routs planning
• Tracki and provide logistic masterdata accuracy
• Unify list of specific needed assets for transport delivery and provide their central ordering
• Provide proposals according optimal fleet distribution and further transpor needs based on analyze and benchmarking store performance
