Requirements for the candidate: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience. English level: C1 Availability for morning and evening hours.

• Workload is 20−25 hours per week (not less)

Salary groups at Profound:

Apprentice salary range (candidates who meet our basic requirements but do not possess international certificates (such as IELTS, TOEFL, or CAE) may apply for Profound’s Apprenticeship Program and will be required to undergo training under the guidance of our mentors)

• Individual classes: 250
• Duo classes: 400

Main salary range 1 (candidates who meet our requirements, have at least one year of teaching experience, and hold an international English language certificate (such as IELTS, TOEFL, or CAE) at a C1 level or higher are eligible to apply)

• Individual classes: 300
• Duo classes: 500

Main salary range 2 (candidates who meet our requirements, have at least three years of professional experience, and hold an international English language certificate (such as IELTS, TOEFL, or CAE) at a C1 level or above are considered eligible)

• Individual classes: 350
• Duo classes: 600

Main salary range 3 (candidates who meet our requirements, have a minimum of three years of teaching experience, hold an international English language certificate (such as IELTS, TOEFL, or CAE) at a C1 level or higher, and have maintained active cooperation with Profound for at least one year are eligible for advanced roles and additional professional opportunities within the organization)

• Individual classes: 400
• Duo classes: 700

Premium salary range 1 (candidates must hold a specialized higher education degree or a CELTA Pass B/A, in addition to an international English certificate such as IELTS, CAE, or TOEFL at C1 or C2 level. Alternatively, candidates may present two valid international certificates simultaneously (e.g., CAE + IELTS at C1 level) and must have a minimum of five years of professional experience)

• Individual classes: 500
• Duo classes: 800
• Group classes: 900

Premium salary range 2 (candidates must hold a specialized higher education degree or a CELTA Pass B/A, in addition to an international English certificate such as IELTS, CAE, or TOEFL at C1 or C2 level. Alternatively, candidates may present two valid international certificates simultaneously (e.g., CAE + IELTS at C1 level) and must have a minimum of six years of professional experience)

• Individual classes: 550
• Duo classes: 850
• Group classes: 1100

Premium salary range 3 (candidates must hold a specialized higher education degree or a CELTA Pass B/A, in addition to an international English certificate such as IELTS, CAE, or TOEFL at C1 or C2 level. Alternatively, candidates may present two valid international certificates simultaneously (e.g., CAE + IELTS at C1 level) and must have a minimum of eight years of professional experience)

• Individual classes: 600
• Duo classes: 1000
• Group classes: 1200

Additional notes:

• Group classes are conducted for test preparation purposes. The candidate’s rate depends on their credentials.
• Teachers cannot choose specific types of classes to conduct. Profound assigns lessons based on requests.

Support for teachers:

• Each teacher will have a mentor responsible for their performance, education, methodology, schedule, and financial planning.
• Teachers are responsible for conducting their classes.
• Profound provides materials necessary for lessons, including free subscriptions to platforms like Oxford Learner’s Bookshelf, NatGeo, and Pearson. Additional resources are available from ESL Brains, Linguahouse, and ENGhub.
• If teachers wish to implement platforms like Miro, Canva, or others, Profound covers 50% of the subscription cost.

Additional information:

• Profound offers official cooperation and covers 50% of the taxes.
• Teachers can request unpaid vacation for 1 week per season. Fixed rates are reviewed every 6 months.
• Fixed rates are reviewed after the IELTS exam, provided a score of at least 7.5 is achieved.
• Profound offers free IELTS/CAE/TOEFL preparation and a refund for the test upon completion.
