Sales Manager, Car Shipping Broker (Customer Service, USA Logistics)

Our basic requirements:

• English level of Upper Intermediate or higher, good writing skills;
• Previous sales experience (American logistics market is preferred but required);
• PC or Laptop with a stable internet connection (a headset is a bonus);
• Separate room for work and a decent working setup;
• Familiarity in communication with native speakers.

Our working hours:

• From 3:15 PM to 00:00 AM Mon-Fri Kyiv time (8:15 AM to 05:00 PM EST)

What you’ll do:

• Communication with American clients, current and past leads, via phone calls, text messages and emails;
• No cold calls, only interested customers that left a request for a service;
• Work with customer’s objections;
• Set up a complete logistic chain for the customer’s requirements;
• Communicate with carrier companies, dealers, full transaction support from signing documents till order delivery.
