With the purpose of strengthening the Customer Support department, we are searching for a motivated candidate to fill the position of Client Service Specialist in our rapidly expanding company. If you have an outgoing, friendly personality and enjoy interacting with others, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with and help customers with their inquiries over e-mail or chat;

• Investigate problems, develop and propose solutions with further follow-up on the final resolution for a customer;

• Liaise with customers;

• Provide impeccable customer service;

• Working schedule includes day and night shifts

Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of proven experience in the Customer support area;
• Stress resilience and ability to work under pressure;
• Analytical mindset and high attention to details;
• Multitasking abilities;
• Very good written English language skills;
• Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
