Accounting Specialist (fully remote)

Requirements:

• 6 months of data entry or accounting experience
• Personal laptop or PC (we will provide you with the corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
• Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Availability to work 3 pm till midnight (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break) (Kyiv time) Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure accuracy of consultant’s approved timesheets and invoices, request corrections if necessary
• Process payments to employees and vendors
• Prepare invoices for clients
• Enter data and maintain payroll records in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Record day-to-day company financial transactions in the accounting software QuickBooks
• Process employee’s expense reports in accordance with the company policies
• Prepare financial reports
