Assistant to the CFO

We are looking for an Assistant to the CFO. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a liaison between the CFO and other departments, coordinating financial initiatives and portfolio projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing project budgets and financial reports.
• Work closely with the CFO to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze the financial health of the portfolio entities to drive growth and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for synergies and integration across the portfolio.
• Provide regular updates on project and portfolio performance to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and correspondence for the CFO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and financial software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
