E-commerce entrepreneur is looking for a personal assistant. We seek a reliable, responsible, proactive assistant who enjoys tackling unconventional tasks, can achieve results, and sees projects through to completion.

The following competencies are important:

Conversational English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher is mandatory.

Problem-solving mentality.

Experience with online shopping platforms: marketing, branding, setting up stores, and sales channels.

Ability to plan and execute tasks on time.

Proactivity (the ability to manage tasks, proactively find opportunities where there were none).

The tasks for the personal assistant include:

Business Tasks:

Participation in the operational activities of the company:

Interaction with all team members and understanding all processes (designers, logisticians, PPC specialists, etc.).

Interaction with influencers.

Assistance in designing landing pages and promotional materials.

Finding contractors.

Personal Tasks:

Day-to-day tasks from all areas of life:

Household, entertainment, travel, sports, events, shopping, etc.

Full-time employment (being available from 08 AM to 4 PM EST).
