Dispatcher (USA Trucks)

We are seeking highly organized self-consistent people who will be in charge of identifying, planning and coordinating over the road shipments for our customers. Dispatcher is a front line representative of our company and must constantly demonstrate our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our clients and ensuring fair business practices with each of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Searching and routing the best fitting loads for vehicles in your responsibility Flatbed,Step Deck,Hot Shot, Box Truck, SPV
• Working closely with drivers to coordinate equipment and freight to maintain maximum productivity and efficiency
• Plan and organize delivery and pick up per driver
• Provide assurances that freight is dispatched and delivered on time
• Manage 70−150 calls per day
• Assist in expediting any problematic shipments that are late, missing if necessary and so on. Notifying clients of any delays if encountered.

Requirements:

• Dispatcher Experience with Dry Van/ Heavy Haul/ Expedite / Track &Trace/Customer Service/Sales is a great plus
• Microsoft Office skills
• Strong typing skills
• *Highly organized and DETAIL ORIENTED *
• Able to provide superior, timely customer service
• Must have a «sense of urgency» attitude

Schedule:

• Main Shift is M-F 1400−2300 (Hot Shots Dispatcher can be working remotely)

We offer:

• Basic + % from total gross (depends on your performance)
• Bonus pay
