We are GotYourBack Support — Ukrainian IT-outsource company, working both in B2C and B2B market, providing remote technical assistance to English-speaking users all over the world, as well as being the voice of our partners' brands and the main tool for building trust and open relationships with their customers.

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Agent to join our team and support customers using innovative health & wellness products (nasal care devices and accessories).

You will communicate with customers via phone calls, email, and live chat, helping them with product guidance, order-related questions, and general support inquiries.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple channels efficiently.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF:

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills (English);
  • You are comfortable working with multiple support channels simultaneously;
  • You have basic technical understanding and ability to explain product usage clearly;
  • You have customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
  • You are able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Will be a plus:

  • Previous experience in Customer Support / Contact Center;
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom etc.);
  • Experience supporting health & wellness products;
  • Experience with subscription-based products and handling chargebacks or billing inquiries.
