Duties:

• Monitor the market for relevant construction materials, competitors, and actively engage with customers;
• Be responsible for implementing innovations, product development, and its growth strategy;
• Manage product information in the information system and pricing strategy;
• Coordinate team efforts, make strategic decisions, and ensure project deadlines are met;
• Adhere to the requirements of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 standard and operate within the corresponding procedures, SOPs, and work instructions of the SMQ;
• Conduct product certification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the relevant field;
• English — intermediate+;
• Good skills in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in project (program) management principles and regulations;
• Familiarity with procedures for handling project and technical documentation;
• Understanding of resource consumption norms, financing procedures, and investment strategies;
• Advanced knowledge of modern personnel management techniques, including leadership and teamwork skills.
