Опис вакансії

Requirements:

  • Experience in an identical position for at least 2 years;
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to details;
  • Ability to work with artists, venues, contractors, event agencies, and other service providers;
  • Experience in developing merchandise products, and working with vendors;
  • Experience in building exclusive booth stands, working with contractors;
  • Ability to write a clear technical specification;
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • English Upper-Intermediate;
  • Willingness and ability to travel on business trips.

Will be a plus :

  • Experience in iGaming sphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, and coordinate the organizing of external and internal events in the company;
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with event vendors, including venues, catering services, audiovisual providers, and other suppliers;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine event objectives, themes, and content.
  • Coordinate and conduct the company’s participation in industry events and other marketing activities around the world;
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines;
  • Generating ideas and managing the whole process of production of merchandise products for external events;
  • Management and implementation of media strategy for each event (internet promotion, video / photo sessions, interviews, articles in conference magazines);
  • Accompanying delegates before/during/after the conference;
  • Providing printing materials and business cards for the team/delegates;
  • Development of event merchandise products for partners and congratulations on behalf of the company;
  • Oversee logistics, including event timelines, transportation, accommodations, and on-site coordination.
