An international company is looking for a candidate for the position of Customer Support Manager. We are looking for an active and sociable person who is ready to join our friendly team.

Only Office work (office in Odesa,Ukraine)

Responsibilities:

• responding to customers in chats and social media comments;

• basic customer consultation;

• work with CRM and marketplaces.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with clients

• Arabic fluent

• High organization and attention to detail

• Ukrainian, russian language are not required

• Ability to multitask;

• Confident user of PC and office programs.
