Finance manager

The Finance Manager will be a finance business partner and will help to drive the right financial decisions in a high-growth, global semiconductor company. One of the functions is to manage expense forecasting and analysis for the whole company, and support business process automation.

Responsibilities:

• Help to drive gross margin improvement and Operating Expense optimization at a total company level
• Serve as a finance partner to the R&D and Marketing organizations to assist with financial analysis of investment in new product development
• Help drive the expense forecasting process with department heads located in the USA
• Analyze forecast changes and provide high level interpretations and analysis to the management
• Perform monthly actual to forecast variance analysis for each department
• Analyze accounting and other business processes within the company, propose ways to automate these processes and help to implement process automations

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of excel, pivot tables / vlookups etc
• Financial analysis / finance business partner role
• Data analysis, ability to work with large amounts of data / databases
• Accounting (US GAAP), knowledge of accounting entries / closing books, working with Account Payable
• Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion
• Process automations / optimizations, ability to visualize existing accounting / finance processes and lead automation efforts
