Junior/Middle Product Owner

Currently, Platipus Ltd has a position of Technical Product Owner (Scrum).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to create a prioritized valuable backlog for development teams;
• Work closely with development teams before and during the sprints to ensure that they understand the vision of the product and are designing great effective solutions;
• Synchronize with other PO’s across the organization to provide successful deliveries;
• Promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager;
• Experience with Scrum methodology;
• Good understanding of business goals and priorities, dividing requirements by POC, MVP, and next versions;
• Product Knowledge: sharing knowledge as to product abilities and features;
• Building Business Cases: the ability to describe specific business goals in an understandable way to achieve;
• Communication on different levels, diplomacy with stakeholders including teams;
• Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the GameDev industry;
• Knowledge of databases, microservices, and webservers;
• Being a team player, making decisions based on facts and metrics;
• Analytical Skills — someone who can find a holistic solution for a variety;
