Requirements:

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are from Ukraine, remote operations optional
  • Minimum 3 years experience within Small Domestic Appliences, Electronics category in sales possesing the knowledge of route to market set-up with relevant contact establishment. Alternatively having experience in FMCG and/or Home and Beauty category products, with an existing network of contacts within these categories
  • Proven track records and past results, highly positive feedback from the market
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with a bias towards performance, delivery & action
  • Creative, self-motivated, energetic, and a team player
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian
  • Microsoft office — advanced knowledge
  • Active driving license

Work conditions:

  • Full time, Self-employed basis
  • Based in Ukraine but also remote operations possible providing no negative impact on quality and results delivery

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for sales and development of established PHILIPS brand as well as implementing new potential projects such as Urbanista, HiFuture, Rio, Vitalpeak — brands full of innovation and potential. You will play key part of many new business development projects in the future.

YOUR MISSION

  • Represent Borgy and our brands in Ukraine & Moldavia market
  • Establish and Develop route to market approach to serve retail and online channel
  • Manage sales and marketing support to our existing direct customers, e-commerce players, wholesale and distribution partners
  • Deliver sales volume and margin targets
  • Implementing trade marketing campaigns and identifying marketing synergies with customers
  • Reporting directly to CEE sales director
  • Keen on continuous personal development
