The Role — Remote Work

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to take ownership of our SEO strategy from conception to execution. This is a standalone role that offers immense scope for impact, focusing on enhancing our visibility and authority in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy Development:Craft and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy covering technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Website Audit and Technical SEO:Conduct thorough website audits, identify technical issues, and make necessary changes to improve site performance and user experience. Content and Link-Building:Curate an SEO-focused content strategy and a robust link-building plan to secure high-quality backlinks from top-tier sites and publishers.
• Performance Analysis:Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to refine and evolve strategies.
• Market Insights:Stay abreast of search trends, understand target audience behaviours, and adjust strategies to align with evolving preferences and practices.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in leading SEO initiatives across technical, onsite, and off-page aspects. Expertise in using SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrens, and Google Analytics. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast -paced, high-growth environment. Strong understanding of digital PR and link-building strategies. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for deriving insights from data to inform decisions.
