Опис вакансії

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and fostering strong client relationships. This position plays a key role in achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and contributing to the overall success of our window repair business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to the sales team to maximize their potential.
    • Set clear performance expectations and monitor and evaluate team performance against sales goals.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Implement robust sales forecasting processes and regularly report on sales performance.
    • Utilize analytics tools to gain insights into sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
    • Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales metrics, achievements, and challenges.
  5. Strategic Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand market reach.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build relationships and stay informed about industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Education: Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight.
