As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and fostering strong client relationships. This position plays a key role in achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and contributing to the overall success of our window repair business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to the sales team to maximize their potential.
- Set clear performance expectations and monitor and evaluate team performance against sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Implement robust sales forecasting processes and regularly report on sales performance.
- Utilize analytics tools to gain insights into sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales metrics, achievements, and challenges.
- Strategic Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand market reach.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build relationships and stay informed about industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Education: Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight.
