Опис вакансії

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (required) B2, C1.
  • Experience with Upwork from six months.
  • Self-management skills.
  • Be familiar with web development lifecycle (searching+qualifying+closing stages).
  • Knowledge of business correspondence.
  • Must have skills and desire to sell.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing proposals and bidding on Upwork and other b2b platforms.
  • Active search and attraction of potential clients and business opportunities (USA, Europe)
  • Facilitate sales and pre-sales activities
  • Building up effective communications with prospects
  • Business communications and negotiation with potential clients
  • Working with technical staff to meet customer needs
  • Search and qualify potential clients (upwork, linkedin, etc.).
  • Business correspondence and video conferences with potential clients.
  • Clarification of the client’s requirements (needs) and sales activities (deal closing).
  • Maintaining data, statistics, and reporting on each active client.
  • Report on weekly and monthly progress.
