    Remote job offer with fluent english!

    The Allied Health team is looking for a Call Center Operator who speaks fluent English and Russian or Spanish or Chinese, a quick learner team player with a high level of communication skills and ability to work with people. Our candidate should be able to understand main points in the CRM program, confident computer user, great with making priorities and time management. We are onboarding responsible professionals with strong self-organizational skills.

    The company’s area of activity is connected with health insurance services. Our clients are located in the USA, New York. Primary responsibility involves scheduling of in-preson visits with insurance members. Main responsibilities of our operators are contacting members, explaining the purpose of the visits, and scheduling a convenient day/time of the visit. If the member is unavailable, we must leave a voice message.

    Main duties:

    1. Scheduling appointments (daily incoming and outgoing phone calls to make appointments with our patients).
    2. Working with a CRM system.
    3. Assisting our Health Coaches with confirmation and rescheduling appointments.
    4. Assisting the head of the call center with administrative tasks

    Basic requirements:

    1. Fluent English (+ Russian or Spanish or Chinese).
    2. Confidence in using a PC.
    3. You must have a PC with a good microphone and stable internet connection.
    4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    5. Responsibility and diligence.
    6. Team player.

    Work schedule

    1. Working days: Monday-Friday (optional — Saturday).
    2. Working hours:from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. New York time (1 hour for lunch break). (16:00—01:00 Kiev time)

    About us:

    1. Hourly payment on time, 6$ per hour. Salary level depends on the hours worked. For Chinese speakers — 10$ per hour.
    2. First month — probation period.
    3. Qualification internal training provided.
    4. Supportive team that helps at all stages of work.
    5. Payment methods: a bank account in a Ukrainian bank or PayPal (for foreigners). There are no other salary payment options. Please make sure one of these methods works for you before submitting your application.
