Опис вакансії

Requirements:

  • 2+ year of experience in IT-company as HR Generalist
  • Working knowledge of various sourcing techniques and processes to attract qualified candidates
  • Understanding of HR processes
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws, legislations
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Critical thinker & problem solver

Duties:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs that address the needs of the business and contribute to the professional growth of our employees.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate a seamless onboarding process
  • Oversee and streamline HR operations, including but not limited to payroll processing, HRIS management, and record-keeping ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
  • Monitor changes in employment legislation and ensure that HR practices are complying. Assist in the management of HR risks, including employee relations issues and compliance challenges.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee relations issues and providing guidance on policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a motivational climate in the company
  • Administer employee benefits programs and other perks
