Accounting Manager

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE required:

• 5+ years of experience in accounts
• experience with accounting software
• strong analytical skills
• English and Russian level — C1+

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• manages and supervises the accounts department and staff in the organization.
• oversee all payment transactions such as ACH, wires, paper checks, and so on
• will be in charge of data entry, validation, and processing of various types of invoices like general overhead, subcontractor, and employee travel reimbursements, customers, employments.
• keep track of the status of all transactions taking place within the company and external vendors and contractors.
• standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the company.
• Prepare the company financial statements and work with outside CPA firm as needed.
• Bank Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, GL and Journal entry,Reconciliations, Financial Analysis

Would be a plus:

• a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
