We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.
We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Middle Automation QA Engineer to join our progressive team, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and innovation. As an integral part of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of our mobile, web, and API applications through comprehensive testing strategies. Responsibilities As a Middle Automation QA Engineer, your responsibilities will be multifaceted, offering you a broad spectrum of experiences:
- Develop and Execute Automated Tests: Design, develop, and execute automated tests for mobile, web, and API platforms, ensuring comprehensive coverage and reliability.
- Performance Testing: Utilize tools like Gatling and Docker to simulate high-traffic environments and assess the performance of our applications, identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to identify, document, and resolve defects. Your input will be crucial in the continuous improvement of our software development processes.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Face a wide array of technical challenges that will require creative and effective problem-solving skills. Your efforts will directly impact the quality and reliability of our products.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest testing tools and methodologies, continuously enhancing your skills and adapting to new technologies to maintain the high quality of our applications.
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in automation testing, with a solid track record in mobile, web, API, and performance testing.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Appium, Selenide, Java, Gradle, TestNG, GitLab, SauceLabs, Gatling, Docker, and Mongo. Your ability to navigate and leverage these technologies will be key to your success.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen analytical mind capable of tackling complex testing scenarios and identifying solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and Innovation: A passion for learning and innovation, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and environments.
