HR manager

We are a Team of 100 professionals successfully operating in Ukrainian market for almost five years.

Our Professionals have an in-depth expertise in Business Consulting, Nearshoring Consulting, Project Management Consulting.

At present we are looking for the HR Manager with Upper intermediate English skills.

Responsibilities:

• Personnel recruitment: searching, selecting and hiring candidates for vacancies at various levels and areas
• Create a description of vacant positions, develop job instructions
• Cooperate with the management and other departments of the company to determine personnel needs and develop a recruitment strategy
• Support new employees at the stage of professional adaptation. Information support and training
• Participate in the personnel assessment program and conduct assessment interviews
• At the manager’s request: develop staff training programs, select materials, write content, organize trainings
• Work with personnel documents: draft and execute employment agreements and contracts, additional agreements
• Form personal files of employees, update data, documentary support of the hiring/dismissal process
• Participate in the development of corporate culture and conduct corporate events

Your Skills:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, including experience in human resources management and recruiting
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian Labor Code
• Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks and competing priorities, excellent organizational skills, and an attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative teamworking skills.
• Confident PC user: Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
• English proficiency at B2 level
