Strong junior lead generation specialist

Required knowledge and skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales/research/lead generation in the B2B market in the IT sector;
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT lead generation;
• Experience with email/LinkedIn advertising campaigns;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience with CRM (Hubspot, etc.) and cold automation tools;
• Upper-intermediate in spoken and written English (B2+);
• Organized and goal-oriented individual.

Main responsibilities:

• Generating business leads primarily through outbound channels;
• Engaging and converting potential clients into leads;
• Building effective communication with potential clients through social networks (LinkedIn, email);
• Searching and analyzing information about potential or existing clients and markets;
• Active participation in identifying new markets and directions;
• Determining the ideal balance between client needs and company expertise;
• Working with cold outreach automation tools;
• Daily work with CRM;
• Fundamental research of companies and contacts in target markets and target companies.
• Scheduling meetings with the Sales Team

Will be a plus:

• Skills in creating and sending various types of content;
• Skills in data selection and analysis;
• Previous experience in an outsourcing/staffing company.
